Privacy

Omansgate is a product of TOOT AI Solutions. It runs on TOOT servers, and the AI model runs on the same server, so your chats and files are not sent to any outside AI service.

What we keep

• Your account: username, name, a hashed password and sign-in times.
• Your chats: questions, answers and your ratings of answers.
• Files you upload and the text read from them.

How long, and deleting

We keep this data to run and improve Omansgate, including future versions of the service. When you delete or clear a chat it disappears from your account; TOOT keeps a copy for improvement. To have your data removed permanently, write to sales@tootms.com.

Who can see it

Only you see your chats in the app. Authorised TOOT staff can access the data to operate and improve the service.
